DIGGERS™ Glue Rid
DIGGERS™ Glue Rid is a solvent-based gel that easily removes the adhesive remaining after vinyl, cork or carpet has been removed from concrete or wooden surfaces. The gel formulation is ideal for vertical surfaces.
TYPICAL USES
Heavy duty contact adhesive remover for:
- Vinyl glue
- Cork glue
- Carpet glue
- Concrete and wooden surfaces
NOTE: Not suitable for black polyurethane-based glues as used in the 1950s.

How to use DIGGERS™ Glue Rid
1. Prepare the surface
Cut the glue into cross sections with a sharp knife to help the gel penetrate more effectively. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves, and the eye/face protection. Keep away from sources of ignition.
2. Apply the product
Shake the container before use. Brush DIGGERS™ Glue Rid onto the glue to be removed, working only on an area that can be completed within 30 minutes. Do not let the gel dry.
3. Soak
Allow the gel to work for approximately 10 minutes. In hot weather, evaporation may be faster. You can sprinkle sand over the gel to help contain the glue if needed.
4. Remove glue
Scrape off the gel and softened glue and dispose of safely.
5. Clean residual adhesive
Wipe remaining sticky film with DIGGERS™ Mineral Turpentine.
