DIGGERS™ Paraffin Oil
DIGGERS™ Paraffin Oil is a colourless hydrocarbon commonly used as a fuel, lubricant and surface sealer. Put simply, Paraffin Oil is candle wax in a liquid form. It is used extensively in ‘oil lamps’ and as a base for creating scented oils to be burned individually or vaporised in any standard oil burner.

HOW TO USE DIGGERS™ PARAFFIN OIL
1. Determine the application
Decide whether you’re using Paraffin Oil as a fuel, lubricant, or water tank sealer. Ensure the surface or equipment is suitable for its intended use.
2. Protect yourself
Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves, and eye/face protection when handling Paraffin Oil to prevent contact.
3. Using as a water tank sealer
Add approximately 20 ml per m² of Paraffin Oil to the water surface. Ensure the oil layer remains above the discharge level to effectively seal the tank.
4. Using as a lubricant
Apply Paraffin Oil to hinges, moving parts, or precision apparatus according to the machine manufacturer’s instructions. It is excellent for sewing machines, small mechanical components, and plastic modification.
5. Using as fuel or in oil burners
Pour Paraffin Oil into a suitable oil lamp or burner, following the manufacturer’s instructions. It burns readily and cleanly and can be used as a base for scented oils.
6. Storage and safety
Store Paraffin Oil in a tightly sealed container, away from heat, sparks, or open flames, and out of reach of children and pets.
