How to use DIGGERS™ Paint Stripper Domestic
1. Shake or mix well before use
Always shake or mix the product thoroughly before applying.
2. Apply a thick coat
Use a paint brush or roller to apply a thick coat of DIGGERS™ Paint Stripper Domestic to the surface. The product will begin to work after approximately 30 minutes as it penetrates and softens the paint.
3. Remove softened paint
Once the paint has softened, use a paint scraper or steel wool to remove it before it rehardens. For delicate timbers, use a non-metallic scourer to prevent damage.
4. Reapply if necessary
If paint remains after scraping, apply a second coat and repeat the process.
5. Clean the surface
Wash the surface with water to remove residue. If the surface is affected by water or at risk of swelling (e.g. timber), use DIGGERS™ Methylated Spirits instead. Allow the surface to dry thoroughly before redecorating.
Note: Do not use on plastic, rubber, linoleum or fibreglass surfaces. Do not use hot air guns or torches with paint stripper.
